30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and accessories (if applicable) included.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
- Returns must be initiated via email before sending back the product.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged/defective product.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bondgallery.art and we’ll guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bondgallery.art
- Include photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim
